Job description

Advertio is a tool that helps small business owners manage ads online. It’s a smart solution that can create ads online and optimize them over time, based on the information collected from its customer’s website and campaign engagement. The mission is to make online advertising accessible to anyone, no matter their expertise level, without compromising quality.


Responsibilities

  • Campaign implementation, monitoring and optimization across platforms, including, but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Define and implement SEO and marketing strategies, as well as marketing automation
  • Monitoring and optimization of KPIs and budgets by channel, campaign, client, and region to maximize conversions and achieve the defined results
  • Channel and campaign reports in order to assess engagement and conversion, as well as identify opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Actively collaborate with developers, designers and copywriters when executing campaigns


Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing position in an agency or inhouse;
  • Experience in digital businesses and internet-centered business models;
  • Good knowledge and experience of paid campaigns in Google and Facebook;
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and performance marketing metrics;
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing as a whole;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
